One of the new battle cries from MSU and their ilk. Already not satisfied with Saturday's victory, they're already talking about next year. I find it funny that they always use words like "spank" or "kick your ass." Its never "win." Its always some lowbrow commentary.

"WE return 10 of 11 starters on D, the same one that kicked YOUR ass today, so we will kick your ass again next year HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHA"

You know what? MSU might beat Michigan next year, but just automatically assuming it is so 5 minutes after this year's win is just a little silly.

Honestly, from what I hear/read in the papers, Michigan was on MSU's 10 with 4:51 to play in the 4th quarter down by only a TD. It sounded like a fairly close game and it wasn't for a boneheaded call on that play U of M might have tied the game and been in good position to win it. To me that is not an ass kicking, but sure...

Let the MSU fans have their fun right now and just ignore them. I'm really disappointed with the loss yesterday, but I realize the loss is because of a bad call on 4th and one inch. Sure it's not the only reason, but that cost UM the chance to tie it up and have MSU reeling. MSU can't recruit anymore. Michigan is taking 99% of the best players in the state and MSU is getting next to nothing. Four 4-stars in the past two years. Michigan has 11 for the incoming class. The difference in talent level between the two teams will become extremely lopsided very soon. Urban Meyer has said numerous times that Greg Mattison is the greatest recruiter he has ever been around. MSU will never compete for the best recruits in the state with him and Hoke around. They have never and will never compete for the best recruits out of state. Yesterday sucked, but everyone can see the writing on the wall. UM will be back to dominating this rivalry very soon.
