I signed up and have premium access, but every time I click on a premium video it asks me to sign up again? Of course this would happen the night of the first game! Damn it!

You can't call anyone for the Big Ten Digital Network. Can only email and it takes 24 hours to respond. Convenient service.

did same thing for me. I will admit I just signed up for the monthly thing and I will can later.

Yeah I emailed them and told them their service was a piece of garbage and I already cancelled.
