Can't edit a post

This is extremely annoying. I'm unable to edit my post(s). I get a vBulletin message that reads:

The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 3 characters.

Anyone else with this issue?

Yes.

When I hit the quote button instead of the edit button by mistake.

Is that what you?re doing?

My post was within a quote, that makes more sense. Thank you both. :cheers:
