Do the Wings have one remaining?

If so, should they use it?

IMO, if they do have one and if they can use it once he is healthy they have to cut Weiss loose. Franzen is also on option though his cap hit is pretty team friendly even now.

They do have 1 but Weiss is not a candidate since he was signed after the new CBA.

My guess is they use it on TooToo.

I don't think they would buy out Franzen although I think the management is fed up with his disappearing acts, he should defitely be trade bait but i'm not sure what kind of value he has.
