Detroit Lions Legacy Roster: What would an all-time Detroit Lions roster look like?

I stuck to their original format as closely as possible.

Offense
QB: Matthew Stafford, Bobby Layne, Greg Landry

RB: Barry Sanders, Billy Sims,
RB reserves: Doak Walker/Dexter Bussey
FB: Nick Pietrosante

TE: Charlie Sanders, David Sloan

WR: Calvin Johnson, Herman Moore, Brett Perriman, Johnnie Morton

OT: Lomas Brown and Lou Creekmur
OG: Kevin Glover and Harley Sewell
OC: Ed Flanagan
OL reserves: Dick Stanfel and John Gordy

Defense
DE: Robert Porcher, Bubba Baker, Darris McCord
DT: Alex Karras, Ndamukong Suh, Roger Brown
DL reserves: Jerry Ball, Doug English, Shaun Rogers

MLB/ILB: Joe Schmidt, Chris Spielman
WLB: Wayne Walker, Mike Cofer
SLB: Stephen Boyd, Paul Naumoff

CB: Lem Barney, Dick LeBeau,
Nickel: Night Train Lane
Reserves: Darius Slay and Hatchet David

FS: Jack Christiansen, (reserve) Glover Quin
SS: Yale Lary, (reserve) Bennie Blades

Special Teams
K: Jason Hanson
P: Jim Arnold
LS: Don "The Goat" Mulbach
KR: Mel Gray
PR: Jack Christiansen

Notes:

If Golden Tate resigns/extends with the Lions, he boots Morton or Perriman off the list.

Night Train Lane might get some flack since he spent limited time here. I don't care. He's in my top 5 all time Lions and I will fight you over it.

Cory Schlesinger might have been the toughest omission. I didn't feel good about that at all.

Other tough omissions for me were Dre Bly, Larry Hand, Rocky Freitas, Jim Gibbons, and Gail Cogdill.
