This is also correct. Michael Cohen made that payment out of his personal funds and testified under oath that he was not reimbursed for it. Plus, I don't care if he did pay her off - people pay others for nondisclosure agreements all the time. It's perfectly legal and two different AGs passed on indicting him for it and now Alvin Bragg is making an ass of himself and will fail miserably.
