Saturday games Week 16

Houston Texans @ Tampa Bay Bucs: Texans D have already caused 4 TOs in 1.5 quarters...3 picks off QB Winston, 1 being a pick 6, and 1 RB Barber fumble leading to a TD..17-3.


Lions had only 1 TO, on a pick off Winston by Tavai, leading to a punt @ home last week.



But...Bucs reverse momentum scoring a TD on O and another TD after a pick on Watson...tie game 17-17 @ halftime.


Winston tosses yet another INT on 3rd down late, needing only 1 yd for a first down, and killing their chance for a game-tying FG.


Texans win 23-20 and take the AFCS crown.

Next game could be more interesting: 4:30 pm Bills @ Pats for possibly div title and first round bye. Both will play @ home next week vs also ran div rivals...Jets @ Bills and Phins @ Pats.




Sigh...Bills so close to tying it up by last minute, but Pats pull it out 24-17.
