    It's ridiculous to be implying that Leyland shouldn't have Valverde out there because it wasn't a save situation. Pitching in a tie is pretty damn close if not the same intensity of trying for a save. Closers are notorious for giving up runs when they come in with a 5 run lead, not tie games...
