    I didn't realize we signed Ray Smith. He was pretty stout against the run. PS material for this year, and probably next, but he could become that rotational DT we need. He's beefy, and his frame can probably handle some more weight. He could be a nice fatty at NT for us.

    The letter hill's attorney has sent the NFl confirms it is him on the recording. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/26655824 He denies the allegations made by the girlfriend... but he sure as hell didn't on the tape. To me, this is pretty damning evidence.

    He's probably not... but supply and demand. There are not a lot of dual purpose backs available and the Raiders are in need. The more need you have, the higher the price when supply is low.

    At this point, yes. The problem they have here is an audio tape from an unknown source. Is it really Hill on the tape? Would they be able to verify it's his voice somehow? Will the police be able to do that? I don't really think it's fair to listen to an audio tape, that may or may not be him...

    They just said he was 244 pounds, but I remember all last season they were saying he was around 225-230, so that's his playing wieght. And he plays a lot bigger than he is. But I always thought he looked more like a WR to me.

    I've actually seen Nuata play quite a bit, the wife being a Bulldogs fan, and he's a very good receiver who runs some clean routes. Not much of a blocker though, and in my opinion undersized for an NFL tight end.
