0-3 teams to make the playoffs

also i'd like to point out that with how terrible the NFC is playing so far, detroit's odds of making the playoffs are almost 60%

Very cool stuff MA.. Damn you get giddy when we say Lions and playoffs in the same breath....:)

Our choices this season are Washington, NY Giants, Minnesota, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville. The first four were projected to be around .500 or better. Tampa a little worse, and I'm sure everyone expected this out of Jacksonville.

Minnesota has probably been the most competitive in their games so far, but I don't think any of them will get close. I'd say Washington and NY have the best chance for the sole reason that they both still play each other twice, if one is clearly worse than the other, that's 2 wins right there (plus the NFC east isn't exactly strong).

I wonder if the NFC East will end up looking like the NFC West a few years ago, when a 7-9 Seattle team made the playoffs.

I picked the NFC East teams to all be 8-8. Though I didn't expect the NYG and Redskins to suck so bad..especially the Giants.
