Get StartedToo bad Hank was unable to make the 68 team.
iirc he did what Don Mossi used to do for awhile start and relieve.
Aguirre, wasn't he also known as a terrible 'hitting' pitcher.
Hank takes credit for the 1968 WS title because he thought he was a black cloud over the Tigers. He played for the Cubs in 1969, so me may have had a point.
Hank the Rookie struck out Ted Williams in 1956 and asked for him to autograph the ball. Williams did, somewhat non-plussed about the request. Weeks later, Williams hit a monster HR of Aguirre and when rounding first, he said, "If you can find that one, I'll sign it too."

Williams hit 2 HRs off Aguirre in their careers. Once in 1958, and again in 1960.
