It does doesn't it. Passed it several times but have never been there.

7th preseason is in some town I never heard of.

Appears they won some contest to see the cup champs in preseason.

Calumet has two things: Copper and Hockey. Been to that rink several times. Good high-school program that competes for state championships most years (with all home-grown kids). Other programs around the state venture up there to play them, and usually other U.P. programs, too. (Marquette, Hancock, Sault Ste. Marie).
