Roster reduced to 26 players with regular-season opener set for Saturday
DETROIT - The Detroit Red Wings today assigned forwards Turner Elson, Matt Puempel, Michael Rasmussen and Dominic Turgeon; defensemen Joe Hicketts, Brian Lashoff, Dylan McIlrath and Moritz Seider; and goaltenders Filip Larsson and Calvin Pickard to the American Hockey League's Grand Rapids Griffins.

I wonder if getting a sub. for the AHL, Wings only for $60 would be worth it. Or even if I have enough time with all the NHL games I'll be watching. Maybe I can find a free stream somewhere.
