might not be a runningback...we only need 3? lol

I think it's still our biggest problem. They don't like who they have. It was expected that we would try to scour the waiver wire for any good RB. Even potentially trade.

yeah i get that...but i really don't see a RB we could want that badly?...idk guess we will wait and see

Thank you. I was getting sick of Brown as a preseason hall of famer only to suck in the regular season. Good riddance.

Were more than fine with best Harrison and morris. Remember Logan counts as a spot too. That's carrying 4 already...is be shocked if they signed another.

Keiland Williams - RB - Lions

Lions claimed RB Keiland Williams off waivers from the Redskins.
Detroit needed a bigger back to go with Jahvid Best, Jerome Harrison, and Maurice Morris. At 5'11/230, Williams was a better fit than Aaron Brown. Versatility is Williams' calling card, as he can play all three downs in a pinch. His addition won't alter the fantasy value of Best.

Too bad.....I always thought Brown had potential to be a very good 3rd down back. But Harrison made him expendable. Hope he catches on somewhere.

On a different note.....I hate this release because of the value he had in Madden. Damn you Mayhew!!

Brown was a faster version of Kevin Smith. I HATE seeing running backs get tripped up by the feet all the time. Anybody remember hearing this the past 3 preseasons:

"If Brown hadn't got tripped on that play he could've taken that one to the house"

Makes me sick. Glad he's outta here.

He always had good preseasons only to flame out in the regular season.. Gert rid of him...
