Notes from the GR are.. Lowell thumped Muskegon 30-21, and it was not even that close a week after The Big Reds destroyed the bigger Rockford rams 45-0.
Barring any upsets these two teams will meet in the district or regional finals in d-2 with the winning team probably playing the two time defending champ Birmingham Brother Rice waiting for either team..

Teams I root for..
Byron Center is 3-2...(my kids school).
Haslett 3-2..............(My High school team).
Rockford..4-1...........(My junior high school team.)
North Muskegon 4-1..( My grade school team and where I snapped my Femur).
Hastings..1-4..........(My late fathers team. I lived there from 0-5 years old).
Mason 4-1.............. (My Nephew's team even though they have all graduated)..
Caledonia 4-1......... ( I know the former coach now offensive coordinator and he was a cool dude) Plus their title run in 2005 when he was head coach they beat my high school 27-6 :( When they played favored East Grand Rapids at there place in the second round of the playoffs it was the hardest hitting high school game I have ever seen won by the Caledonia 14-7..
