Teams I root for..
Byron Center is 6-2...(my kids school).
Haslett 5-3..............(My High school team).
Rockford..7-1...........(My junior high school team.)
North Muskegon 5-3..( My grade school team and where I snapped my Femur).
Hastings..1-7..........(My late fathers team. I lived there from 0-5 years old).
Mason 6-2.............. (My Nephew's team even though they have all graduated)..
Caledonia 5-3......... ( I know the former coach now offensive coordinator and he was a cool dude) Plus their title run in 2005 when he was head coach they beat my high school 27-6 When they played favored East Grand Rapids at there place in the second round of the playoffs it was the hardest hitting high school game I have ever seen won by the Caledonia 14-7..

Lowell who is ranked second in D-2 beat Grand Rapids Christian who is ranked number one in D-3in over time to take over the top spot in Ok White which they both play in.

Other thoughts.. My kids school rode a strong defensive performance and beat Holland Christian 16-9. HC scored on the last play to make the score look close. HC uses the spread and throws it all over the field and BC's had just a great defensive game plan.
BC improves to 6-2 and has made the playoffs for only the third time the last ten years.
They play tough D-4 Zeeland West for the OKg green title..
