A uofm alum that works on the other side of the room from me just walked over to say he heard Brandon was resigning at a 1:30 press conference today. Never seen him so happy in the 2 years I've known him.

Sadly, I don't think this does much for Hoke's chances of hanging around.

Too bad, I thought he was doing a great job.

The thing I will miss most is the Brandon sound byte on Valenti and Foster on 97.1 The Ticket: "Hi, I'm Dave Brandon."

This is a bit of a sad day for us, Hoke and Brandon were the gifts that kept on giving

Kind of a double edged sword - obviously if michigan gets their act together, it makes everything we do a bit harder but the B1G needs it - I guess it doesn't have to be michigan but what other teams besides michigan and PSU have the potential to become consistently competitive teams?

Hoke's predecessor was pretty generous, too...

All Mike Hart. Mike Hart gave Dantonio & MSU all the motivation they needed to become amazing and beat us regularly. has nothing to do with us getting mediocre under RichRod and recruiting falling apart.

I can relate. Denny, Muddy, Darryl, John L., Bobby ... but that's ancient history.

In reality, it's all about you. We can only get to be a good program if you're bad because the world revolves around Michigan football. All of our success or failure has to do with what Michigan does, right?

It certainly isn't the present and the future doesn't look that good for you guys.

Is that a statement or a question? I can't tell. It's delusional, I know that.

It should be self-evident, but yes, that is accurate.

And how bright was YOUR future year three into the JLS era? You cannot in any way forcast where M football will be in three years.

You guys need someone to come in and change that entitlement culture, if you find a coach who can do that, you'll be in good shape.

Narcissism
Narcissism is a less extreme version of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Narcissism involves cockiness, manipulativeness, selfishness, power motives, and vanity-a love of mirrors. Related personality traits include: Psychopathy, Machiavellianism. Narcissists tend to have high self-esteem

Wellll ... I think that's the plan.

Don't worry! Dave Brandon May have ran Dominos Pizza into the ground before running Michigan Football into the ground, but that's nothing at all to his interim replacement, Jim Hackett, who ran Steelcase into the ground. He knows how to fuck up on levels Brandon never dreamed of.

Regardless of who their coach is in the future we need to focus on the field and keep playing our game, picking up a good recruit here and there and obviously winning football games.. I guess being an out-of-stater I dont get the "lets focus on what each others school is doing" attitude.
