He was the last man standing in that group of players from the 90s. I think he became the focus of fan anger b.c they had nowhere else to vent. For the record, I liked Higgy and once met his porn star girlfriend at Tiger Stadium....when I asked what she did...she said "movies"...oh and she must have been a HHH cup.

My 27-year-old son wore his Higginson jersey to a Tiger game last season and received a ton of positive feedback as in "dude NOBODY has one of those anymore!" He was actually apprehensive to wear it.
