Has anyone noticed we can't stop the pass and our pass rush is essentially nonexistent? If Jack Locker is going to throw for 400 yards against us it's going to be one long ass season.

The worst part is that they were 1 dimensional. Substantially easier when you know they can't and won't run.

And we seldom blitz cuz they afraid of getting burnt yet we still get burnt. it's really bad, this might be the worst pass defense team I have ever seen.

Well, hopefully when Delmas comes back that'll change at least a little bit. Wendling is god awful back there.

They are gonna have to break the bank for a top flight corner at some point. That's gonna be near impossible seeing as how with this becoming a passing league, good cornerbacks are hard to come by. Indy had a revolving door at cornerback for years when they went no less than 11-5 for what seemed like forever. Our secondary sucks ballsweat but I refuse to believe it's all their fault.

This defense is fundamentally shit. It's like GC is stubborn with some old principles that don't work anymore. There are other coordinators in his age range that do just fine (LeBeau) so age isn't an excuse. He just sucks. They need to make adjustments in a hurry.

I actually though LeShoure had a nice game. Especially his first game in a long long time.

I think he meant Tennessee was 1 dimensional so it should have been easier to stop them.

Coleman and Wendling have to stop sucking. 160 yards just from them sucking on 3 plays. Try to win shootouts until Delmas comes back. Houston played really well, Bentley didn't give up alot of yards either but had the huge rookie mistake on 3rd and 16 and Lacey had coverage on the big play but Washington took it off his back.

Pass rush sucks right now and the quick drops won't help. KVB, Young, Fairley and Avril are doing nothing and Lo Jack was a healthy scratch. Suh had a hit and hurry but that's it. Pass rush and the safeties need to step up big time. Only the pass rush has the talent to do so until Delmas comes back.

I know the D-line complaints have been toward Avril but KVB has done nothing. Starting DEs have been terrible. I would rather have Young and LoJack starting.

My QB is on a bye, should I pick up Kevin Kolb vs the fins or Ponder vs the Lions? Lol

He's old and right now is here for his motor and enthusiasm. Avril wants the big bucks and yet he plays lackluster. More blame lies on him.

So I should start Ponder?

Hahahaha....why not beez? Our 'd' hasn't been able to stop a quarterback yet. Of course if you start him, it might reverse the jinx for us Lion fans. I say go for it.

I was talking about the Titans. But I totally agree with you. Leshoure had a very good game. I'm glad I have him on 2 of my fantasy teams. I hope he can keep it up and be the RB we need and have been looking for.

We shouldnt be surprised that our D sucks. Its sucked since the mid 90s and we havent done anything to change it. Same shitty dbs, no pressure, lbs missing tackles, the worst qbs in the league going for 400+....this isnt new.

yeah, the lack of stunts is probably the most mind boggling and frustrating aspect, IMO. their plays are so plain they make vanilla seem more exotic than a new flavor discovered on an alien planet in another galaxy within an alternate universe.

Theres a good chance he goes over 300 yards passing and 50 (or more) rushing. Cant complain with those numbers. And really....who the heck is gonna pick him off lol? Wendling? Lolololol
