Look at some of these stats, I know sometimes they don't tell the whole tale since he gets thrown at a lot more than the guys like Revis and Nnamdi.. but not too bad for him

Tied for 3rd in passes defended with 10. Tied for 2nd in interceptions with 4. And first among defensive players with 2 touchdowns.

also has 41 tackles.. not sure what his ranking is among cornerbacks, but i'd be willing to bet that's top 5.

Really? Tulloch was a 1 year deal? I thought Avril was just resigned as well.

avril got tendered and him and tully both need deals

fuck avril...if he wants to break the bank, let him do it elsewhere. willie young looks like the same player and should come a hell of a lot cheaper. i'd like to see tulloch get himself a long term deal, but he has rosenhaus who will fuck it all up for him again and have him try to play the market, which he tried last year and lost.

Seems like LoJack had more playing time than KVB this week.....or was I missing something??

I have a gut feeling we lock Tulloch and Avril up because of what we have building now. The expanded cap which has yet to be determined will help set the market and teams will start locking guys up.

They need to work on a long term deal for CJ, although he is signed next year, he would be making $14 Mill

I would imagine he will get a lucrative extension possibly before this season even ends. It should also lower his cap number for next season. With that and the expanded salary cap (supposedly going to be a big jump) we will have more than enough space to lock up Tulloch, Avril and hopefully Wright.

I dont think Avril is back next year. He wants to be paid and I really think he believes he is better than he is. Willie young has surprised me this year and LoJack plays well. We do need to extend CJ and Staff and Suh will need new deals the same year. I trust that Mayhew can get this done as well as keep Tulloch and others. I really love the base we have built with this team. We just need to fix the OL and let em roll.

The knock on Houston was that he would get beat on the big play. With our pass rush there isn't time to run those long routs, but Houston has improved still. He has dropped a few INTs as well. He is having a great year and deserves pro bowl consideration. Wright has been as good on the other side, so good in fact that he doesn't get thrown at.

Both of these guys are good tacklers too and are probably the 2 fastest guys on the team. Both of them have been clocked as low as 4.32 in the 40. That's blazing speed.

When we signed Wright I thought he was just "a guy", he's been a baller.

You don't need superstars. But when I look at what we gave to Atlanta for Chris Houston, it was good acquisition. And Wright was a cheap sign.

Woodson has a spot locked.....Houston and about 5 other CBs are in the running for the other spot.

You always know when Young is out there. The guy can motor.

Youngs a rotation guy still at best , still way to raw.

Avrils going to get his contract....Youngs on the cheap for 2012 anyway.
