Can't say that he's lost a step yet because he's still disruptive but he's gotta start showing up bigger and beating his man. With Suh drawing most teams, double teams, the pressure's gotta come from him.

Wait until the Lions unleash Fairly. What a sight it will be. Mayhem and pandemonium running wild. Cats and Dogs getting along, Blood running down the street.

One of the moderators must have been drunk with joy after the Lions victory and clicked the wrong thing. Can't say I blame them.

What he has to start doing is staying away from offsides and enchroachment penalties.

i think i might have did it on my phone.

ive been watching him quite a bit....hes super slow to get off the ball this year and hes like he just lunges forward and catches the guard on every play. No movement to try to get around him...dunno whats going on...maybe hes trying extra hard not to get the 5 yd encroachment penalties after a couple early again this year.

Williams is getting the gift of one-on-ones, but he's not making the impact he did last season. He's still one of the best in the NFL at sniffing out screens. Always liked that about him. I want to see what Fairley can provide and to see if they start moving Suh around and letting him bull rush from the edge here and there.

The d-line is so hard to judge. I'm not sure if they just aren't making plays or if offenses are designing things and getting rid of the ball quick to plan around it. Stats don't tell the whole story here because you have to have opportunities to create them.

Gunther isn't blitzing for shit either. His first season he was blitzing half the time, now it's about 10% of the time. He's relying solely on the front 4.

I personally would like to see them blitz more. We just aren't getting enough pressure on QB's consistently.

Sure we are. If you're just looking at the sacks? How often does an opposing QB have all day to throw. OC are smart, they know they need to get it out quickly. I think the line has done a good job.

I'd like to see Suh on the outside a time or two. That'll be fun.

more turnovers when u drop 7, and yes williams will be better with fairley tiring out guards for him
