Rip. He was Charles Winchester lll on the TV show Mash.

He had bladder cancer .

I saw that too. Had an old roommate text me ...back at a time when neither of us had much money, we'd sit and watch old MASH episodes. I remember the 'last episode' airing and the excitement around that for my parents and their friends.

Rest in peace. I liked an episode he did on Matlock once playing a blind guy. And he was on Perry Mason quite a bit over the years. Excellent actor.
