DeAngelo Hall a Lion

Awful in man coverage (just terrible), out of position in zone coverage, good ball skills when he's in position...reported that the lions and Cowboys were looking at him to play safety..I reallllllly hope Detroit gets him first! Lol

Edit: Talking about Hall obviously, not Revis. Lol

For a moment I'm thinking wtf, Revis as a S. Lol.

yeah I didn't read all the way through before posting. Lol

I do think it's interesting that teams are seeminlgy willing ot pay Revis all this money and trade a ton for him coming off of acl surgery. Not everyone is Adrian Peterson...Not sure I'd be willing to take that kind of risk. If he makes anything close to what he does now, he could cripple your franchise's future even if he is the same player. $16 mill is way to much to have invested into a single DB.

Knee injuries arent what they used to be. Guys are coming back faster and playing at a high level. Not just AP but across the board. It isnt a huge risk anymore to count on a guy with a knee injury. But im not sure it is worth the price a team would have to give up to grab a guy like Revis. You are talking very high draft picks. I let the jets flounder and see if they lower the price.

AP was on something.

i disagree with there isn't a huge risk..anytime a guy has a knee injury it's a risk let alone a full out acl tear because of the odds of a reoccurrence. The risk isn't will they come back, it's;

How long til it happens again
How much explosion will they lose
How much of a mental hurdle will it be for that player
What are you risking if the player isn't at full value...

I'd say the risk for Revis is huge..if he's lost even a step coming off of that injury it's a huuge deal, especially at 14-16 million a year.
