While she's probably going to win, this is the first time she's faced such a challenge. link. her challenger is a current law professor at a crappy law school, but was a long time aide and staffer to a number of democratic politicians.

not sure when the primary election is in FL, but it doesn't seem like he has much time to make up ground on her or raise funds.

While the GOP's internal issues have been open for all to see, the DNC seems to be having their own squabbles behind the scenes. Just searching for her name reveals a lot of articles about her growing list of enemies.

The Primary is August 30th.

It's the 23rd Congressional District.

In addition to Carnova, Doug Hughes, the guy who landed the gyrocopter on the United States Capitol lawn is on the ballot.
