Final meeting of season between Detroit and Edmonton.

Tickets on stubhub have been pretty cheap, considering actually going to see the dumpster fire in person. About 15 for nose bleeds before fees.

I didn't realize this..

The Blackhawks received the rights to defenseman Alec Regula, who was selected by the Red Wings in the third round (No. 67) of the 2018 NHL Draft but never signed with them.

Good first still up 2-0. We need to come out strong in period 2.

Perlini's family moved to Detroit when he was 14 and they've been here ever since.

I thought they were quite aggressive the first two periods on defense. Not quite on the 3rd buy they made some plays those last 5 minutes. A good win, the biggest fault face offs. Awful there..

3rd period Detroit seemed to let off the gas and tried to park the bus.

They did a great job all game all game keeping Edmonton to the perimeter. Edmonton had very few good scoring chances.

Larkin's line did a great job neutralizing McDavid just like in the previous game vs Edmonton.

Howard is 15-3-2 with a 2.06 goals-against average and .925 save percentage in 20 games against the Oilers.

Svechnikov was sent back down to GR cause Erne came off IR.

Hicketts looked good.

Perlini set to play Friday.

In a couple games I thought Smith has played well. Seems to work hard.
