Detroit Cass Tech 32, Utica Eisenhower 28.
Detroit Catholic Central (13-0) vs Detroit Cass Tech 13-0.
Big boy football here. DCC is 493-172-5 all-time since 1950 and they this will be their 17th title game if i counted right. They are 2-1 in class A finals. 4-1 in class AA finals. 4-3 in Division 1 finals. 9-6 overall in title games, and their last three they lost from 2011-13 including back to back to Losses to Cass Tech in 2011-12. Cass Tech is 365-227-9 since 1950 and they have been in three finals total and they are 2-1. They lost last season to Romeo, and beat Catholic Central I mentioned above. Last two weeks Cass Tech has been fighting from behind in both games. The beat saline last week 43-42 in a wild one and trailed
Utica Eisenhower all game until the last seconds and pulled it out 32-28. These teams have played each other four times and are ties at 2-2.. Tech has beaten DCC in the finals twice before in 2011 and 2012.. DCC has ended Cass tech playoff run in the 2013 semifinals, and in a regional in 2000... I think DCC is playing better but man Cass tech is never out of it.
