Detroit Lions 2019 Salary Cap Situation and beyond

43 million is a ton of space. Plus the carryover. Plus the increase in cap. Plus Ansah's number could be less than the current 17 million even if they give him a contract next year. Lions are in good cap shape. They are not in a pinch at all. And not many people to sign next year either. Very good shape for 2019

If we sign Ansah for $15 mill and Tate for $10 mill, that only leaves $18 mill for any other guys. I don't know if that includes the incoming rookies. That does leave us in great shape.

I didn't realize that Stafford has the highest cap hit in the entire league this year at $29.5M
 
i think were sitting at 20 mil in cap space. Von Miller would cost 11 mil this year and 11.8 next year vs the cap. Give Denver whatever they want...our defense cant create pressure if their life depended on it.
