Devon Travis

I would argue that Fielder is closer to his salary for production than Kinsler. But that is me.

And the real issue isn't that we traded Devon Travis. It is we got crap back in return.

You will twist stats around anyway you can to Hate Kinsler over and over. Why hate on Kinsler constantly? He is batting out of the #2 position in the line up and does a good job at it. He brings a solid glove to the field.

We may as well add Robinson Cano's 2015 stats who is making $24,000,000 who no longer has the short RF fence to inflate his power numbers into the conversation.

Road OPS of .359. Also total OPS IS .658 which ranks Cano 14TH in MLB 2B.

All you are is a Kinsler hater.

Right after this post is where Mitchrapp and Thumb come to your defense like the 3 muskateers, 3 peas in a pod, trimeise twins. It's really funny how Rebbiv does all the work, while the other 2 just throw their 2 cents in over and over without adding anything intellectual. Almost like 2 mindless robots.

Last year he was superhuman for the first half, and an animated corpse for the second. And FYI his 2014 season totals for OBP and OPS were the lowest of his career.

I guess Kinsler isn't allowed to go into a slump like all ball players do. I feel bad for your kids they must have zero margin for error.

Explain how I twist stats?

And I don't hate Kinsler. I just can't stand the hypocrisy of some who rip other Tiger players, yet hold Kinsler up on a high pedestal.

It is all about sample size.

Of his 39 PA away, 20 have come against LHP (51.3%). Yet, over the course of a season, it will be around 27-29%.

Keep trying. Maybe one day you actually will have a valid argument.

Who am I defending? I posted my own stats, in reference to a post made by someone else.

You want to make it personal, then fine. You're a little baby who gets butthurt whenever anyone says something about your hero thats not talking about how he is a gold glover (never has been) how many jerseys he sells (Inge LOL) or how great he is.

If you think I'm being too hard on Kinsler (pointing our his actual stats) then maybe you can try to make your case logically at some point, rather than pouting and throwing a tantrum.

at the moment it's looking like this could go down as one of the worst trades in tigers history, but it's only been a month and I still don't remember him being "this" good. Toronto hmmmm too soon.. I won't suggest it. let's see what things look like in June.

Just think of Avery and you're realize it's not the worst. Fister, just plain awful.

Simple question would Travis have started in center, for the Tigers? Face it the infield was set.

Travis was not going to start for the Jays either, he was going to be sent to AAA until the injuries to Reyes and Izturis.

Regardless of whether or not he would have started this year for us, been a bench guy, or just a guy waiting for his chance, he was still our #1 prospect, and I believe now as I did then (even though Gose has been working out so far) that it was a low return for our #1.
