Going at it today @ noon on FSD+ for the Class A state championship. Should be a great matchup. Tom Crean has been at Maten's last couple games. He's really been a rising recruit the last couple months. He also had an unofficial visit to MSU a few weeks ago.

Just set the dvr. I guess crean has a lot of time to watch games

Hope you set it to run over. They are running late already from the last game. Probably 12:30ish start time.

Kind of sucks that Davis and Maten both got in foul trouble. Really haven't seen them go head to head much.

Davis looks smooth for a kid his size. Has all the tools, is obviously a good enough athlete. I have him with 12 and 7 to go along with 4 blocks so far. He has really long arms, I can see why he blocked 17 shots in a game earlier this season.

The blowout is on. Davis finishes the 3rd with 17 and 13 to go with 5 or 6 blocks. Team up 27.

Thrower is such a tough kid. Every time I see him play I think of Travis Walton.

Davis had a couple nice all oop dunks on the break in a row, then he stepped back and nailed a 3 pointer, pretty looking stroke. 26 points 13 rebounds and 6 blocks. He's going to be great as a senior in high school next year, does not look like a kid 6-9, very coordinated and not gangly at all. Has a real knack for rebounding and is an excellent shot blocker, also shows a smooth stroke, has good footwork. Looks like a polished player already who gets his points in the flow of the game.

The added bonus is that he's clearly the best player on that team and had no problem taking a backseat to Thrower this year. Not many kids today would put the team in from of personal goals.
