Amazing player. I guess the NFL had to change two or three rules because of his hits . His father was a pimp and his mother a prostitute, and he was wrapped in newspaper and dumped in a trash bin. He later reconciled with his mother . His first year was amazing . 14 picks in only twelve games . He had 27 picks in his first three seasons and ended up with 68 playing for the Los Angles Rams, Chicago Cardinals, and Lions from 1952 to 1965. Unfortunately for him he missed all of the Lions titles. 7 time pro bowl , and hall of famer . Offense players feared Dick Butkus first , and Night Train Lane second in that era. Guess he would have to adjust in today?s game lol.
