True to Pistons fashion , the year we trade away a low teen pick , we could have had the possible #1 player in the entire draft fall to us ....smh can't make this stuff up lol

Who's that? Anyway the thing with the draft maybe he could have been a bum. No guarantees.

Porter Jr who went to Denver at 14 . Coulda bumped the bum Stanley outa there too . Oh well , we will see whats left for us . Still curious where Mo Wagner goes

Pumped about the Suns picks, the trade for Mikal Bridges is a great one I think. They’re going to be damn good I’m about 2-3 years.

He had a pretty big injury last season didn't he?

Yes, injured his back and only played in 3 games, but was a highly touted recruit a year ago. I think that?s a steal at 14, what do you have to lose? If he busts it?s not as devastating as say picking him top 3 or something where there?s generally loads of talent.

Always a chance that if we still had our pick we would pass on him.

Feel bad for Bridges tho , dreamed of playing for hometown sixers , gets drafted by them .....only to get traded haha , damn thats tough

Porter was a top 10 lock even with the missed year. Kind of have to think his medical wasn't as clean as he claimed. Denver can take a flyer even on an injured player, they are nearly a playoff team already and there's a pretty decent chance one of the teams above takes a dive (OKC losing George seems the most reasonable).

It's disappointing to not have a pick, but the alternative is SVG is probably still in charge and making the pick. At that point, what's the loss?

Good for Wagner , got the 1st round pick he was looking for . Wish him the best !!

Still wouldn't mind Shake Milton or Tony Carr . Possibly a flyer on Purdue big man Issac Hayes or Giannis's bro Kostas , hey ya never know !!! Greak Freak II

seems like there were some good deals in the early to mid first round. Sure would have been nice to have a pick.

Could have had Michael Porter Jr. who might be the best player in the draft.
