6th pick. Probably offense unless somehow Owen falls or maybe Luke Hughes.

Sweden: Simon Edvinsson D. I thought we'd go offense but can't complain.

Detroit traded 23, 48 and 138 for the 15th pick with Stars..

Cossa - Goalie. Bug man 6'6" with mobility.

Will we see these kids before 2026 ? It feels wings take forever tp groom players for the NHL ?

Goalies take awhile but you need them. Wings have no one in their pipeline. The Swede D another awesome player. He'll be up in 2 years.

With the way the first round is finishing I suspect Cossa & Wallstedt would have both been gone before our original 23rd pick. Good trade up to get Cossa at 15.

Day 2 about to start Detroit still has 6 picks today as it it stands right now.

Shai Buium D -- another big left shot defenseman. Went from 38 to 36. Gave Vegas the 128.

Bob's probably having a stroke because we didn't go offense.

Pasquale Zito, LW.

Last pick unless we trade more.

We certainly got the best names. But honestly I love this draft.

Hope it works out. Would love to see playoff hockey in Detroit again.
