WE know anyone other than Benoit and Valverde is going to get destroyed.. What a clown show..

Hope so... we need to get to Nova early...

Can some one wake Miguel up please..

I think we've seen this movie before. The Yankees are going to roll in game 5. This is the end of the run for the Tigers.

I think we could get away with him going 6 tonight, although the more the merrier. I think Coke, Benoit and Valverde are good for 3IP of little/no runs if needed.

My bigger concern is that the bats are hot tonight. They were pretty quiet last night and last time we saw Nova.

Of course.

You just have to go all the way back to...oh wait, this has never happened before.

That was Oakland it was Detroit falling behind 2-0 before losing in game 5. A bit different but I did like the Bob Segar reference :)

Since I have been so good the last couple days with predictions (sarcasm):
7 IP, 6 hits, 3 runs, 1 walk, 10 ks. Tigers win 5-3 on a Brandon Inge grand slam.

Just a little side note, I like the tigers chances better knowing that today is an off day

Well something I'm counting on: Nova not being that good 2 games in a row, and Fister not imploding 2 games in a row.

But out bats need to wake up big time, the Yankee wins were blowouts, the Tiger wins were squeakers in the 9th.

I would not want to try to close out a 1-3 run game at Yankee Stadium, we need to bury them.

Nothing has gone as predicted in this series so far. JV vs CC pitchers duel....not. Scherzer getting lit up in Yankee Stadium....not. Burnett getting lit up in game 4.....not. Game 5 will be no different. Tigers bats finally come alive and Fister will be serviceable. Tigers 8 Yankees 5.

Did you watch the game on Tuesday? That is what I was talking about....the Yankees kicking the Tigers ass! I hope I am wrong but that is what I see happening. The Tigers big bats have been silent. Miggy, V-Mart & Avila are hitting .158 collectively. That is terrible.

Cabrera has a .938 OPS, far from silent.

Thanks to intentional walks. He is hitting .250 with one extra base hit.

of all the people who come alive in the game....don f'n kelly. well pitched game on the tigers side for the most part. and who isn't happy the game ended on an a-roid strike out?
