Going to Pack/Lions game.

Name a good hotel to stay near Ford Field. I've stayed at Double Tree last few times but it's meh.

Also good tailgate/bar spots after game.

The MGM has concentrated rooms though. Not sure if you'd like those.

Last time I went for a tigers game I stayed at the Courtyard, right by Renaissance center.

I liked it there, people mover stop is connected, very easy to get around.

Never stayed at MGM, but did stay stay Greektown, it was nice as well. However I think the courtyard is going to be my go to hotel going forward.

My wife and daughter were just down there to see a One Direction concert. They got trapped in a parking structure for two hours. Any hotel with people mover access is worth it's weight in gold.
