so, how have the vikings looked during the preseason? how will it turn out next sunday?

Play the same D we played vs Brady safeties tight to the box and press man outside. Jennings may beat us once or twice but make ponder throw downfield.

The one thing I worry about with the secondary isn't constant bad coverage but that one time or two times where they get beat bad and give up a long TD pass..

I wouldn't worry about that much with the Vikings. Ponder isn't capable of hitting a deep receiver.

Its going to happen in the Minny game. I am shitting my pants thinking of our lbs trying to bring down AP. Come on DL and Safeties.

If we make Ponder look lke brady....its going to be a loooong season.

I'm worried about it against everyone. We don't have the quality and depth to play strong all game.

Fully expect a loss, wouldn't be too surprised if the defense makes a game out of it but very concerned with the offense and stafford, he just looks horrible and I can't see us putting up many points

Just limit his pick 6's and we have a chance on offense, assuming we don't run often.

Stafford is gonna be fine once the season starts and has Calvin out there to save him.

I'm not ready to say Stafford will be fine, but I think our offense will look better once the season starts. In order for us to make the playoffs though, Staff will have to be more accurate and learn to put some touch on his throws instead throwing line drives at everyone.

This I will agree with. Stafford has a cannon arm, but he's got to stop chucking everything at near light speed to give receivers a chance.

I'm not sure how the guy ever gets picked off, because he should blow holes in hands the way he throws.

I think stafford will be fine as long as reggie and calvin stay healthy...those two and pettigrew stafford has no problem getting the ball to.... he struggles with small receivers on longer throws lol....hopefully he figures it out for guys like broyles burleson and edwards.

One of these days I'd like to see the following "Staff will be fine." without the added, "if Calvin and Reggie stay healthy."

Me too, but in reality there are only a handful of quarterbacks in the league who you could say that about. Brady and Manning come to mind.
