Sheesh,,,getting smoked again by the twinks, but for the last time this season.

Jones glove ain"t gonna keep him in the OF, if he can't even hit for the Mendoza line.

Gibby mention earlier Trades will change lineup for next season. Question is who has value to fetch and value in return?

Before Tigers look for a Jones replacement. There be a whole bunch of other needs that better be addressed.

Just had a brain lasp and briefly thought where the hell are rod and Mario oh yeah they got in a fight and where sent home for the rest of year. I suspect we won’t see them next year either

Got no problem with the current announcers. rod and Mario were boring at times.

Bull pen fixed

BP relievers, with the possible exception of CL & SU guys are mainly crapshoots, b/c their reliability most often wildly varies from season to season, Teams will keep trotting RPs out to see if they can be effective, until they have proven that they can or can't handle the pressure of coming into tight games, especially with the opponents threatening to score.

Martin held the CF job for much of the season for the main reason that he demonstrated that he could adequately hit and field the position. He obviously wasn't going to be the long-term solution, but Jones has proved over this season and last, that he can't fill his position in the batting order. How much time do you think that he deserves before giving up and moving onto the next prospect, trade, FA, or even a waiver wire guy? b/c the Tigers are amidst "rebuilding", and are at least a couple of years away from competing, he might get another shot in spring training next year.......maybe.
