I really don't get why more guys don't bunt against these extreme shifts.

A lot of the pull hitters don't practice bunting very much. If they were smart, they should practice it. A free base hit helps the average.

Overall I usually hate bunting because guys aren't good at it, but in these situations you don't need to lay down a perfect bunt...you can line drive it down to the opposite field because no one is over there. Just once in a while get yourself on base when they give it to you.
