When Boyd strikes out a batter at home they play a sound clip each time that says yeaaaahhh boooooyd it’s pretty funny apparently according to jack morris

101 runs now. We average 3.48 runs per game. The average amount of runs scored for all of MLB is 142 runs.

We've scored 5 runs or more in just 5 games. If you take away the runs scored in those 5 games (39 runs) then we average just 2.58 runs per game in the remaining 24 games. It's amazing we're playing .500 ball. ESPN's expected W/L ratio has us at 11-18. I would have thought it would be even worse with this lack of offense.

And even worse than us....the Giants have scored 98 runs in 31 games and the Marlins have scored 88 runs in 31 games.

The Tigers? ace paid for a few mistakes but otherwise dominated the Royals handily.

we went to a game last year and he was pitching. My sons loved it. Now when they see him pitching on TV they will say it just like at the park.

His performance so far this year has been a great surprise. He started the year the same way last year with a great April and May but came back down to earth in June. Let's hope he can keep it up this year.
