Got Sauerkraut, Kielbasa, and Beer in the crockpot, been going all day.

Also got some chips and homemade Salsa, more beer, and a bag of FunYuns.

Sounds awesome! One of my favorites. My mom's side is German and Russian..

Awesome! I love that with diced up potatoes.

THing is, I like Lagers, but it seems most of them microbrews are ales. I can't do the wheat beers either and several of the beers give me allergic reactions, especially the ones that are supposed to be allergen free...

I can't wait for tomorrow, Mitch. I love me some NFL!

I do like watching college football, although I could really give two shits less about any particular college team since I didn't go to a school with a team. I typically watch and root for LSU, MSU, Michigan (although I like seeing the Walmart Wolverines get humbled), Nebraska and Texas. I really dislike Notre Dame, OSU, USC and 'Bama, so I enjoy watching them lose too.

I watch college for shits and giggles mostly. Pro ball is what I wait for all week.

Just finished a bowl of chili, now I'm having some Swiss, Havarti and Gouda cheese with Club crackers and a Leinenkugel Oktoberfest. Delicious.
