Good presidents part II

McKinley was the bag-man for Morgan, Rockefeller and Carnegie. These three boofs colluded to purchase the presidency to prevent Bryant from winning. The irony was that TR took office after McKinley was killed, which was an appropriate outcome.

Well, of course it was appropriate.

He was the vice president.

George H.W. Bush?

The guy who insisted "read my lips, no new taxes!" then raised them? Who also presided over a recession? (downplayed by the author as a "downturn")

Yet this guy wants to credit him for everything, the fall of the iron curtain, and Clinton's budgets.

Also, you think H. Ross Perot was the reason H. W. Bush lost re-election? That's dumb, Perot probably cost Clinton as many votes as Bush, and it's not like it was close....370-168. Perot may have swung a couple states, but that's damn near a landslide of people indicating they were sick of the recession.

Appropriate because TR was also hand-picked to get him out of the way of influencing policy.

Oh. I thought Roosevelt just became president when McKinley was shot because well, that's what it says in the Constitution.
