Note: Hudsonville Unity Christian is D5 Champs from last season. GR Catholic central lost in d4 semifinals last season after winning back to back titles in 2016-17 in d4. Detroit Country day is no stranger to deep runs losing in title game to GR Catholic Central in 2016.
they have been in a bunch of finals. Flint Powers Catholic rounds out this all private school semifinal and they have been some finals themselves. Unity plays much tougher competition then the other three schools. Who knows flip a coin.

GRCC is coming in at 12-1 and is 483-197-19 since 1950. I think they are 3-1 in d4 title games including back to back game wins in 2016/17 (16 was against DCD). They are also 1-1 in Class B finals, and 4-2 overall.
Points for and against this year. 473-123, and only loss was out of state. They have 4 shutouts and 3 other games under 10 points. They have rolled to the title game in the playoffs. They have made the playoffs every year but two since 1992.

Detroit Country Day is 13-0 and 429-228-5 since 1950. Been in the playoffs every year but one since 2006.
They are 0-4 in D4 title games (2007-16). 1-0 in D5 title games. 1-1 in Class b title games, and 1-0 in class C title games in i counted right. This year they have 4 shutouts and 7 games they held others under 10. points for are at 452. Against a stellar 67.

Two powerful teams GR CC played a few more closer games then DCD who just smashed everyone but Harper woods and Flushing. Can DCD get over its finals hump losing the last 4 in a row? who plays the harder schedule? i am just not sure.

White wash as DCD comes up short again in the finals. Gr Catholic central cruising after three 38-0. I was way off on this one. Thought it would be a close one.

GR Catholic Central smashes Detroit County Day 44-0 tonight in D4. Giving the ok conference its second title of the day. I thought this would be a lot close like the last time they played.
