Not very surprising, just a very unfortunate injury. Like Sam mentions, Newsome has a bright future off the field.
 
I feel bad for him but I know he will be a success and what ever he does. I could see him coaching at some point of he chooses to. But he has a great attitude about all he has gone through.

He will be a student coach this year. Working with the TEs.
 
Frustrating that we just cannot stay healthy on the offensive line. I wish him well.
 
Disappointing, but not surprising. I actually would have been more surprised if he *was* able to play. I wish him well.
