Gregg Williams Will Never Coach Another NFL Game

No one got injured though in that game did they? So you charge him with conspiring to maybe hurt an opposing player. Then you have to decide if the injury was because of this shitty speach or just an accident. Good luck proving that...

For the most part it seems all parties involved just want this to go away, but you never know. Maybe some never was is bitter he got injured and is looking for a payday, or maybe a DA wants to make a name for them self. I doubt anything comes of this but when the NFLPA tells its people to prepare for criminal charges above fines/suspensions you gotta think there is something there even if it would be difficult to prove. As for intent the audio linked above proves they intentionally went out and tried to hurt players. Has anyone seen anything talking about the players actually getting paid? You would think if they were doing this for 3 years that someone cashed in, even if it wasn't an intentional injury.

There isn't such thing as an "outside" ACL. There is an ACL, MCL, PCL and a medial and lateral collateral ligament. Pick one of those to injure. Thats like me telling a buddy to go suck on a chicks third nipple.

The guy probably meant an unhappy triad injury. A severe hit from the outside of the knee can tear the ACL, MCL and meniscus and is a pretty typical injury pattern. The other common way to tear the ACL (from contact) would be a blow that twists the leg. That's why he says "outside" ACL, due to the severity of a blow from this angle.

Also, MCL stands for medial collateral ligament, so you have a little bit of redundancy there.
