Worst case scenario is that he misses 10 games? Not great, but hardly the end of the world.

Now if it ends up being a recurring problem all season then that's different.

Not just missing 10 games though. Missing preseason game conditioning means 10 games plus however long it takes him to get back in game shape. That Ish Smith signing is looking better and better now.
