This another WW II movie that supports a hypothesis of mine.

During that time, Germans didn?t speak the German language with each other.

They spoke English with German accents.

German is just English with "v's" instead of "w's" and more umlauts.

and also that weird letter that looks like a "B" but is pronounced "ss": ?

The movie "Battleground" is good but has the same issue.

Just fucking use subtitles. stop pandering to the dumbest Americans when you make movies, Hollywood, you fucking twats. Jesus Christ!

I don't mind a few sub titles in a movie or TV show. Narcos Mexico uses them but since not everyone speaks Spanish in the show it's not too bad. I'm not going to watch a movie or TV show that uses exclusively subtitles. If I wanted to read I would grab a book.

You're missing out on a lot of great movies!
