If you think our only problem is the ST then you havent been watching the games. The offense has been absolutely pathetic....starting with the playcalling and on to the execution. The defense is horrendous. KVB looks like hes 50 yrs old, Fairley is a bust, Tulloch is the only LB worth a shit, Houston is the only DB worth a shit. We drafted 2 bench warmers and a guy that has more PI calls then quarters played with our top 3 picks this year. O, D, ST, coaches, front office....its all bad.

They scored 25 in the 4th quarter due to miraculous plays lol. They were shit the entire game until the last couple minutes which they went from shit to luck. Then they fuck that up with not telling your center not to snap the ball. So they went from luck to plain effing dumb.

Dude, you mentioned Tenn and that we got outscored by them. That's all I was responding too. The O was fine. As for the season, the offense is a long way down the list of things we should be concerned about. 40 points should get ya a win.

and the dline, and our WRs cant get open, and the lbs missing tackles, and we cant cause turnovers, and we cant get sacks, and we have too many penalties, and we cant score points. You barely beat STL and lose to TEN and MIN then youre a bottom 10 team. The schedule the last 7 games is not fun. Things will have to go very differently in order to us to turn things around against the remaining schedule. Props to them if they figure it out...but im not counting on it.

Same Old Lions!

I have been a Lions fan my entire life, one thing I have never seen is a good O line or a good defensive backfield. Even the line for Barry was garbage, he did it all him self. Maybe the D backfield with Blades and Crockett was good, but for a couple years only.

On top of that these are the worst special teams I have ever seen.

We scored 13 points on Min. Has nothing to do with the secondary. The offense blew...

And they scored 27 against the Rams, 19 against San Fran(which the Lions did last year too as they are tough) and 41 against Ten on the road. Offense isn't total junk like you are saying(lead league in passing yards and Stafford has his best comp % of career despite all the drops), they need to finish and stop dropping/fumbling the ball and play normal special teams.

Pettigrew doesn't drop that TD, Lions kick a FG on the 4 and out instead in the redzone and they have 20 plus the LeShoure fumble at the Vikings 29 or the LeShoure on 3rd and 1 stuff at the Vikings 40. Vikings only giving up 18 PPG same as the Lions actual D(18 PPG) not counting the 42 bullshit points from special teams(28), a pick 6 and Pettigrew strip. Held to 13 sucked but not end of the world and doesn't mean we can't score on Philly or Chicago though it will be tough.

Lions backs are too the wall now.

at Shitty Florida Team (TB now Jax)
Big game Chicago MNF
Bad QB, good running, bad seconary game (KC now Seattle)
at Minnesota

That was a 5 game winning streak last year or hopefully at least 4-1 if they get their heads out of their butt and that is what is coming up now on the schedule to get us out of this hole. If they lose the next 2, then start talking draft and cap hell while we hopefully spoil some games against tough teams. Will be the 2010 Lions or the 2011 Lions, we'll find out soon.

was in 1991 with L. Brown, E. Andolsek, K Glover, M Utley......2 Pro Bowlers and two emerging OG's

The same year the DB's were good, the ones you referenced...but probably have to go back to late 60's with Barney & LeBeau and Weger

Chris Houston has been playing well. Bentley is a rookie, typical rookie problems and we get Delmas back. Lions are 6th in yardage given up. Problem is no consistent defensive pressure so no picks.
