So the Lions sign a 5'8" 160lb rugby player who wasn't offered any DI football scholarships to their practice squad???

In 2 years at division 3 ashland college he averaged 22 yards per kick return. He returned 53 kicks and had 3 TDs. He ONLY returned one punt in 2 years.

But he can run fast! Brilliant!!
