Good signings. Jake Scott is a long term starter who still has the size and skills to compete. He could push Warford for the starting RG spot.

Spurlock is a no-name WR, but brings a lot of kick and punt return ability. Since 2006 he has three kick off TDs and 2 punt return TDs with good averages.

Move jake scott to lt and reiff to his natural position....full back.

In no way does that joke get more pathetic every time you say it.

Keep it up!!!

It's a good one!!!

I'm thinking this frees up Nagy to focus on replacing Raiola. How great would it be to have that happen?

I'm thinking Riola could be replaced by a cinder block and a jelly donut, so I'm down with Nagy moving in to center.

Leroy Harris has some center experience as well. Nagy apparently only doing mostly individual stuff to protect the ankle.

I would've thought he'd be healthy by now since he hurt it last July and had surgery last August.

I'm not a big fan of the idea of yet another change on the O-Line this year. We've already lost three starters on the line, a fourth might be very bad, especially when it's the center.

But, does it really risk Stafford any more to do it? 2 out of 5 returning starters means continuity is not even a factor at this point, so if you can upgrade your line by replacing the center, it might be a risk worth taking.

I'd certainly rather see them replace Dom this season than have more turmoil next season when Sims may be gone as well. Replacing a LG is a lot better than replacing a LG and a C a year after replacing everyone else.

It's dicey, but I say do it if it makes the team better this season.

Sims is signed through 2014.

If he was seriously hurt then yes. There were reports that he f'd something up during rookie camp. Other than that unless he's fatter than Dog Chapman I don't see how they could come to that conclusion so fast. Literally all you are allowed to do in OTAs in today's NFL is blow kisses at one another.

I was thinking more from about Nfl ready standpoint

That's what I meant too. How can you know if someone is NFL ready when they haven't done anything yet? They are not even in pads until like late July/August.
