Not thrilled. I hope the Lions plan for the future and draft a WR still. Let Lewis, Powell and a rookie battle it out for the 4 and 5 WR spots.
 
22 yard per return... we could use that on KR duties. Agnew has been a beast for us, but we got nothing going on kick returns, so why not?

He can give depth at WR, but I think he's primarily being brought in for ST.

Lewis returned 3 kickoffs and 8 punts last season. He averaged 23 per kickoff and 7.5 per punt return. He is a training camp body from a good NFC team. See what he knows and if he can help. I'm sure we will draft a guy that can compete or back up the returners. This is a nothing signing.
