I agree. I don't think venting was acting like a child. I don't think telling people to go away and F them was acting childish, I think it's being honest, and I would have said it face to face. Have plenty of times in the past. I think locking a thread is childish instead of letting people hash things out and let emotions naturally settle.

Edit: I've been both a Mod and Admin on boards before and that thread was nothing compared to threads that REALLY have the need to be locked.
